On the call your answers are reviewed personally, and if treatment is suitable, your prescription is issued. The £20 is taken off your order, or is refunded if you are not approved for the medication. You can then collect your medication or have it delivered to your address.

Your medication is delivered in plain, discreet packaging to maintain your privacy. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which provides tracking and guarantees next-working-day delivery to most UK addresses. You can also arrange to collect from our pharmacy if you prefer.
