Step 1: Complete Your Consultation
Start with our quick online consultation. This takes under 5 minutes and can be completed from your phone or laptop.
You will answer questions about your medical history, current health, weight and height, and current medications. Your answers are completely confidential.
At the end you pay a £20 holding deposit to book your video consultation. This £20 is taken off your order. It is refunded in full if you are not approved for the medication.

Step 2: Your Video Consultation
Once your deposit is received, we book your video consultation with our prescribing pharmacist.
On the call, the pharmacist reviews your health information, checks your medical history for any contraindications, and checks your current medications for interactions. You can ask any questions about the treatment. This is a personal clinical assessment, not an automated process.
If you are eligible, your prescription is issued. If treatment is not suitable, we explain why and direct you to your GP, and your £20 deposit is refunded in full.

Step 3: Prescription and Delivery
If you are approved, your medication is dispensed from our GPhC-registered pharmacy and shipped to you in plain, discreet packaging.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to get your medication to you as quickly as possible. Most UK addresses receive delivery next working day. Your package includes a detailed patient information leaflet and clear usage instructions.

Step 4: Aftercare and Support
Your support starts from day one. You will receive an aftercare email programme with weekly guidance on diet, side effects, and progress.

3-Month Reviews
